Is Workamathing part of Workamajig®?
No. Workamathing is an independent companion product. It connects to a customer’s Workamajig® environment but is not Workamajig® itself.
Does every employee need a paid account?
The Company plan has no per-user fee. Employees still need the appropriate company-authorized Workamajig® access to connect.
Does Workamathing replace Workamajig®?
No. It provides a focused mobile experience for supported notifications, record details, and approval actions.
How is the company connected?
An organization enables its Workamajig® environment, then employees connect devices using company-authorized QR access. Sensitive setup details are never published here.
Which devices are supported?
The current app supports iOS 17 or later. Android is not currently supported.
What happens when access is removed?
The installation can no longer receive notifications. Disconnecting removes the local credentials and notification history from that device.
